“There is no place of pilgrimage as fabulous and as open as this body of mine. No place more worth exploring.”
- Saraha* -
Moment by moment, through life’s unfolding, the body is only ever present with what is.
As such, your body is in a constant state of meditation.
Whether your intention in practicing meditation is relief from stress and anxiety, recovering from trauma, or realizing the heights of spiritual awakening and enlightenment, all such endeavors inevitably bring us back into connection with ourselves and our life through the body.
In this Sunday Sangha Brandon will discuss how being fully embodied is both a support and the ultimate end of the path of meditation. He will also lead a guided meditation centered on reconnecting with and exploring the body.
