We live in remarkable times.

On one hand, we have never been more available (there is a smartphone in every pocket!). On the other hand, we have also never been more disconnected (research shows people are experiencing historic levels of loneliness).

Mindfulness meditation is a simple but powerful technique to connect for reconnecting with ourselves and the world around us.

Mindfulness is your innate ability to bring a relaxed, clear attention to the present moment. Mindfulness meditation is the practice of cultivating a deeper, more clear connection with yourself and your life.

Join Mindfulness Meditation Teacher and Registered Nurse Brandon Everett for an evening exploring how mindfulness of breathing can bring us both into deeper connection with ourselves and to recognize our unbreakable connection with the natural world around us.

In this workshop you will learn:

– What mindfulness is

– How mindfulness meditation supports overall health and well-being

– One guided meditation practice to reduce stress in minutes

– A second, longer practice to ‘point out’ your interconnection with all of nature

Brandon Everett is a Mindfulness and Meditation Teacher based out of Philadelphia, PA.

He takes the perspective that everyone, given the right approach, has the potential to learn and so benefit from mindfulness. His teaching is infused with honesty, compassion, and humor — and he always seeks to show how practical yet transformative mindfulness can be in daily and working life.

Since completing a 2-year, 900-hour meditation Teacher Training in 2017 with ClearLight Meditation Institute, he has gone on to share mindfulness and meditation practices with thousands of people — from kindergartens to graduate programs, from break rooms to boardrooms — across PA, NJ, and NY.
