We all feel it: the pressure, the expectation to do more, to do better, and to do it all now!

But we also all know when we constantly put our to-do list and other’s expectations ahead of our needs, it can leave us feeling stressed, anxious, sick and burnt out.

Is there a way to find practice mindfulness in the midst of life’s busy-ness? Can we be the calm eye in the center of the storm?

Join Mindfulness Meditation Teacher and Registered Nurse Brandon Everett for an evening exploring mindfulness practices intended to provide fast relief from stress and anxiety.

He’ll lend his expertise on how practicing mindfulness of the body, breath, and engaging with the beauty of the outdoors can help us soothe our stressed-out nervous systems, so we can find calm, ease, and connection in a flash!

In this introductory workshop you will learn:

– The latest science of well-being

– What mindfulness is

– How mindfulness works

– A variety of mindfulness practices for engaging body, breath, listening and connection with nature
