Love blooms us.

One of the greatest secrets is held within your own heart. It is your ability not only to recognize but to grow your ability to feel love for yourself, in relationship, and in connection with the wild & wondrous world.

Incredibly, there is a practice, a meditation, to recognize and begin to grow this lively and loving heart.

Lovingkindness (also known as metta) meditation enables us to connect with our innate ability to tend to ourselves with greater love and compassion, and to connect more fully with others.

Connecting with this love, we:

  • develop healthy self-appreciation

  • increase our self-compassion

  • can learn to build healthy boundaries in relationships

  • can appreciate and connect more fully with others

  • develop unconditional love and friendliness with ourselves

In this single session event you will:

  • Learn a brief history of lovingkindness meditation

  • Contemplate aspects of yourself and your life that you want to bring more love and compassion to

  • Practice lovingkindndess meditation

  • Reflect on how you want to implement the practice in daily life

This evening is meant to lay the foundation for developing a lovingkindness meditation practice that is personally transformative!
