At the height of the holiday hustle and bustle it can be easy to overlook our need to find moments of presence, contentment and ease.
Mindfulness meditation is a practice of training your attention to connect more fully with the present moment. This simple practice unlocks a wealth of benefits, including reduced stress, improved mood, better sleep, and feeling more connected to ourselves and others!
The best part: you can do this! Mindfulness is an innate ability. It is your ability to bring a relaxed, clear attention to the present moment. Mindfulness meditation simply engages and strengthens this innate ability, making it both more stable and inclusive.
Training your attention with the practice of mindfulness meditation, you open to the essence of who you are, and begin to live into, to real-ize, your inmost potential.
In this class you will learn:
+ What mindfulness is
+ How mindfulness works
+ The new science and psychology of well-being and
+ Explore the practice of Mindfulness of Breathing
Whether you are new to mindfulness meditation or an experienced meditator this class has something to offer!
this class is free of charge!
