Mindfulness is your natural ability to bring a relaxed, clear attention to the present moment.

Mindfulness meditation strengthens your ability to stay present from moment to moment.

Incredibly, this "simple" practice unlocks a wealth of inner resources.

During this class, Brandon Everett (RN, BSN, CMT-900) will share what mindfulness is, how mindfulness works, and the science behind the benefits of practicing mindfulness daily.

If you are looking to relieve stress, sleep better, and feel a greater sense of connection with yourself and others, this class will be of tremendous benefit to you.

The session will end with the opportunity for questions and answers. Seating will be in chairs. No previous experience necessary.

Class Outline:

+ Welcome & greetings

+ A short talk relating:

  • what mindfulness is

  • how mindfulness works

  • the new science of well-being

+ Guided mindfulness meditation

+ Sharing and questions/answers
